Evangelist Florida Lawrence is a native of Tallahasse, Florida, but has resided in Indianapolis, Indiana for several decades. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Evangelist Lawrence was called to the ministry in 1991 and ordained in 1995.  As a faithful servant of Christ, she is commited to proclaiming the Gospel to the world. Evangelist Lawrence has been the Co-Pastor of Shining Star Missionary Baptist Church since 2009, where she serves with her husband, Pastor Leroy Lawrence, Sr.  She is affiliated with Daughters of Zion Ministries, Frankie Morton Ministries, and the Ministerial Alliance for Christian Women Ministers and Christian Leaders, Inc.
