Ministerial Alliance for Christian Women Ministers and Christian Leaders, Inc.

(A subsidiary of Frankie Morton Ministries, Inc.)

Mission Statement

(“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”)

                                                                   Proverbs 27:17

To gather Christian women ministers and Christian leaders, locally and abroad in an effort

to edify, encourage, empower, educate, and enable them to exercise their gifts and talents

towards Kingdom Building and helping those who are less fortunate and

in need.  Our mission also includes mentoring and developing healthy young

boys and girls into healthy young men and women using a wholistic approach

(spiritual, physical, psychological, and social).  Finally, we hope to produce

through this ministry a population of people that will demonstrate Jesus Christ

through their loving, lifestyle, and labor.

What exactly is an alliance?

- An alliance is defined as:  A merging of efforts or interests by persons, families, states, or

organizations; It is a treaty between nations, or between individuals for

                                              their mutual advantage.

- In the case of this alliance, Christian women ministers and Christian leaders will merge together and

form a treaty (a formal agreement between one another) in a concerted and conscientious effort to

achieve the mission of this ministry.

Christian leaders to utilize their God given gifts and talents to their best abilities.

businesses, and organizations that help assist those in need.

(using the wholistic approach) – Discipleship is essential.

- Various ministries, businesses, and organizations that help provide assistance to those in need.

Why have an alliance of this type?

- In this modern era of the 21st Century where women are being saturated with the out pouring of the

Holy Spirit (Joel 2:28) to preach/pastor/prophesy or just to simply minister to those who are in need,

there needs to be a place and a platform where these women can come to gather for the common

cause of being edified, encouraged, empowered, educated and enabled to utilize their gifts and talents

with joy for the Glory of God.

- Christian women in ministry and Christian women leaders often need the support of their Christian

counterparts and colleagues to help them realize and understand that they are not alone in

experiencing many of the various obstacles and obstructions that oftentimes try to prevent them from

fulfilling God’s divine destiny for their life.

-We need a platform where we as Christian women ministers and Christian women leaders can call our

own, and are seriously committed to God’s business of discipleship as well as helping with the

development of our daughters and sons who may also be struggling with their call to ministry and

  Christian leadership.

Where & How will this alliance become established?

- Spiritually

The alliance initially takes place inwardly in our individual hearts when we hear from God through

prayer, meditation, and fasting about being a part of such an alliance.  Then, we should make an

individual spiritual commitment to both God and to one another to regularly gather together to

accomplish the mission of this ministry that is listed above in our Mission Statement.

- Physically

Physical presence is ALWAYS necessary to have a very successful and vibrant alliance.  Therefore,

when physically possible, each partner should make a physical commitment to be in attendance at

scheduled gatherings.  Also, the venue for the alliance gatherings may oftentimes vary until God

blesses this ministry with its own building.  During these times, this ministry will always be

responsible and diligent in providing its partners with advance and appropriate notification of the

place and time of scheduled gatherings.

- Financially

In addition to being spiritually and physically committed to the alliance, each partner will be expected

to also make a financial commitment on a regular basis to this ministry in order for the alliance to be

valid and operational.  These financial contributions will be essential to accomplishing the mission of

the ministry and should be given in love and ingenuousness.
